Join us for a casual day of wildflower viewing on Transition Habitat Conservancy land at our Portal Ridge Wildlife Preserve. We will meet at 10 am and spend an hour or the whole day walking amongst our State Flower, the California Poppy. Bring your family, and plenty of water, snacks, a camera, and your love of wildflowers.

Transition Habitat Conservancy is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit land trust devoted to preserving land for its habitat values and for the enjoyment of future generations. Kindly consider a donation to help us in our mission to preserve these valuable open spaces.

Exact location is to be determined closer to the event day. Call Vern (760-812-0147) for more details or watch our Facebook page/website for updates. You can also email info@transitionhabitat.org to be added to the RSVP/notification list
